Hi when we arrived on Saturday morning our driver was fantastic, super happy and very very helpful. He was truly an unreal asset to your company. On our way back on Tuesday am we were spoken to horribly by a rude driver when we rang to say we were there. He was very unhelpful and actually said ( I have 2 rules no eating no drinking on the bus, I’m sure you can manage that !!!!). He was so rude and has definitely made me rethink using you again.

Only one minibus operating and lots of outward bound passengers meant we had a 25 minutes wait on the way out. Return journey excellent.

Cheaper than the airport official sites, but a little rough and ready.

Had to wait nearly 20 minutes in freezing cold on the way back and then found my car was boxed in in their car park. Not what you want when you want to get home at Xmas in the middle of the night.

Not the best place to have parked the car when the weather is so bad. You'll end up having to drag your luggage through the mud when you attempt to collect your car in the pitch black. I've commented before on how difficult it can be to find the car on return with the best option being to activate the door lock lights and hope you see the flash as they go off.

This used to be great but gone downhill. This time we were waiting in the rain for over 20 minutes for the van to arrive to take us to the airport. On the return we found our car parked a long way away from the drop off point with mucky and puddled ground to negotiate in the dark to find it.

The check in was efficient, as was getting my car key back on my return. The negative was the wait to be picked up from the airport was about 40 minutes as whilst there was about 30 passengers waiting to be picked up, they only had 1 mini bus operating and so we were the third run to be picked up.

As per usual its easy when you arrive. Give reception the car keys and hop on the bus to the airport. Difficulty is when you return. We returned late Saturday night and after a long flight all you want is to get on the bus, pick up your car and go home. There was a massive queue and only one bus driver. We had to wait an hour due to this. Thank god it wasn't raining. More drivers desperately needed. Our car was half way down the car park and took us 15 minutes to find. No lights. Also the car park desperately needs to be concreted.

Drop off to car park for a week was Ok as well as the airport transfer. Coming back was a problem as this car park did not have sufficient buses to ferry the number of passengers to the car park. We arrived just after mid night and were left waiting in the rain and wind. The mini bus that came could not accommodate us all so we had to wait for a return, then he came back after 30 minutes further delay and left others waiting. they told us the other mini bus went to fuel. My car was dusty and muddy when I eventually collected it.

This car park is reasonably priced and close to airport. There are some negatives and this is meant to be constructive criticism. Firstly the car park surface is a bit tricky to run suitcases over. The driver on our return needs some training on customer service. He was miserable and wasn’t going to help me lift suitcases in to the back of van. I told him I couldn’t lift it in. I’m a 63 yr old female and it was too high for me. So he did it reluctantly.
